Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These Terms describe the rules for using the international We The Ravers app operated by We The Ravers ("We The Ravers", "we", "us", or "our").

Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws where you live, to use We The Ravers. By using the app, you confirm that you can legally agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, or transfer your account without permission.

What the App Provides

We The Ravers helps people discover festivals, share Moments, comment, chat, exchange Kandi, and match with other users based on music taste, festival plans, and preferences.

We do not organize the festivals listed in the app unless explicitly stated. Festival dates, lineups, venues, prices, availability, and rules may change. Always check official festival sources before making travel or purchase decisions.

Matching and Social Features

Matching is based on the information users submit and the app's ranking logic. We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, that matches will respond, or that a match is compatible, safe, available, or truthful. Use good judgment when meeting people. Meet in public places, protect personal information, and report unsafe behavior.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you post, upload, send, or submit, including profile content, photos, Moments, comments, messages, and feedback. By using the app, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, transmit, adapt, and process your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, moderate, and secure the app. For private messages, this license is limited to operating, delivering, securing, and supporting messaging features.

Community Rules

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

  • Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or exploit others.
  • Do not post hate speech, violent extremism, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam, malware, or content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not share another person's private information without permission.
  • Do not use the app to buy, sell, or promote illegal goods or services.
  • Do not interfere with app security, infrastructure, or other users' experience.

We may remove objectionable content, limit features, suspend or terminate abusive accounts, block users, or take other action when we believe these rules or laws have been violated.

Safety, Reports, and Moderation

Users can report content, profiles, messages, and behavior, and can block abusive users. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user and their content from the blocker's feed, prevents direct interaction, and sends an internal safety signal to our moderation team. We may review reports, messages, public content, profile information, and related records when needed for safety, support, enforcement, or legal reasons. Moderation decisions may not always be visible to the reporting user.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited. Our full published standards and reporting process are available in the Child Safety Standards.

Third-Party Services

The app may use or link to third-party services, including sign-in providers, maps or location tools, festival websites, ticketing sites, music services, hosting, push notification services, and app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimers and Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, We The Ravers and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, personal interactions, travel costs, ticket costs, or damages related to third-party events or services.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the app operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any formal dispute process will follow applicable law and will not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
